The National Braille Press web site, www.nbp.org, has much useful information and material for the blind and partially sighted.Various categories include a children's book club, free downloads, an online newspaper, and a very extensive listing of books in braille many of which can be accessed on the internet.

One can also link to the blind copmmunity .com site (and also vote for the national braille press !) which contains a listing with short description of the top 40 site for the blind and partially sited. This is an excellent source.
