Unsafe water kills 10,000 people daily in developing nations

More than one billion people (one/sixth of the world's population) lack safe drinking water and almost two billion are without adequate sanitation. Every day, an estimated 10,000 people in developing countries, mainly in sub/Saharan Africa, die from water/related diseases and thousands more suffer debilitating illnesses.
